How do I reserve my experience?

Submit the Experience Inquiry Form on our website with your preferred dates and experience details. Once availability is confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your reservation and allows us to begin planning your experience.

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin planning. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled experience.

What happens if weather affects an outdoor experience?

If weather conditions make an experience unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule or offer an alternative setup when possible.

Lost On Purpose reserves the right to modify experiences or reschedule in the event of severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Can experiences be customized?

Yes. Many of our experiences can be tailored to your group, preferences, and celebration. Custom planning is also available through our Lost in the Details concierge service.

Will you need access to our Airbnb before arrival?

Yes. In order to prepare décor installations, fridge stocking, and experience setups, our team will need access to the property prior to your arrival. We recommend confirming with your host that outside vendors are permitted.

Do you limit the number of experiences you book each month?

Yes. To ensure each experience receives thoughtful design and attention, we intentionally accept a limited number of bookings each month. If you’re planning a Sedona getaway or celebration, we recommend submitting your inquiry as early as possible to secure your preferred dates.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend submitting your inquiry as soon as your travel dates are confirmed to ensure availability or at least booking 6-8 weeks in advance, when possible, especially during peak travel seasons in Sedona.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Due to the planning, sourcing, and preparation involved in each Lost On Purpose experience, we maintain the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all guests and reservations.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your experience and reserve your date on our calendar.

 

For standard experiences that do not require extensive customization, cancellations requested 30 days or more prior to the scheduled experience may be eligible for a refund of payments made minus a non-refundable reservation and planning fee.

Experiences that involve custom design, specialty sourcing, or third-party coordination may not be eligible for refunds once planning has begun.

For cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled experience, payments are generally non-refundable, as preparation and purchasing for your experience will already be underway.

Whenever possible, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your experience or apply your payment as a credit toward a future booking within 6 months, subject to availability.

Lost On Purpose experiences are intentionally limited each month to ensure thoughtful design and exceptional service. Because of this, we appreciate your understanding and respect for our cancellation policy.
