By booking services with Lost On Purpose, you agree to the following terms.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and begin planning services. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the scheduled experience.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and cover planning and preparation time. In certain circumstances, we may offer the opportunity to reschedule based on availability.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding guest count, location details, and timing to ensure successful coordination of services.
Third-Party Services
Lost On Purpose may coordinate experiences with independent vendors. While we work with trusted providers, we are not responsible for the actions or services of third-party vendors.
Liability
Lost On Purpose is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during experiences or activities arranged through our services.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to adjust or substitute elements of an experience if necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or vendor availability.
